PSA Oxygen Gas Generator manufactured by United Enterprises is used for dissociation of Ammonia into Hydrogen and Nitrogen (75% Hydrogen and 25% Nitrogen).
We manufacture and export best-in-class PSA Oxygen Gas Generators which use pressure swing adsorption technology to isolate oxygen (O2) from compressed air. Compressed air is passed through a bed of zeolite molecular sieve, which contains around 21% oxygen and 78% nitrogen (ZMS). The sieve allows the O2 to flow through as a product gas under pressure because it preferentially adsorbs N2 and moisture over O2. The cycle is then repeated as the other tower regenerates by depressurizing while the other tower is in the adsorption phase. At this point, the sieve releases the gases that were adsorbed to the atmosphere. The process valves are controlled by a solid-state programmable controller on an alternate cycle with built-in logic for automatic stop/start. No matter what the peak usage requirements are, oxygen flow and purity remain constant.
